Force Fitness is a strength and conditioning facility located in Glen Mills Pennsylvania. We offer high intensity group classes, personal training, small group training, as well as sports training.

Our group classes are structured to provide our members with a combination of strength building and high intensity training to help increase both functional strength and cardiovascular health.

Every day has a different focus which coincides with the main strength movement of the day. We have two upper body days, two lower body, and three full body boot camps which we have placed in a specific order to allow for proper muscle recovery and to prevent any over use injuries.

In order to keep our members safe we have Certified Personal Trainers present for every class, who can demonstrate proper form and adapt the workout to each individual’s abilities, which means all levels are welcome!

Corporate Wellness

Employer wellness programs used to mean just having a gym in the office or posters on the wall encouraging people to take the stairs instead of the elevator. Now more companies are starting see the benefits in taking outside action with their employee’s fitness levels. Force fitness has proven that with our program, employees will become more physically fit, can handle physical work task better, be less susceptible to illness and injuries, and deal with stress more effectively. Companies are noticing its easier to send or have us come there, rather than paying bill after bill from health problems. Personal Training

We offer one on one training with one of our experienced personal trainers. Each session is designed to fully meet your specific goals. We design programs for each member to get the results THEY desire. All personal training programs include nutritional consulting, homework to be done outside of the gym, and constant motivation to assure your goals are met. You can always bring a friend free of charge to your session without it affecting the quality of your session

Improve your Golf Game

Golfers want to hit the ball further, and with more consistency and more control. Golfers have tightness and weaknesses in their hamstrings, lower back, core, hips, and glutes. In our innovative program with proven results, we will discover your personal weakness’ and resolve pain, prevent injury, and optimize your golf game.

Sports Team

Force fitness offers training to the entire team at any level (youth, high school, collegiate, or professional). We have a scientifically proven system of full body, interval based strength and conditioning workouts based on the similar training methods used by today’s elite athletes. We work multiple joints and muscles simultaneously, creating an amazing cellular response that increases total metabolic rate. Coaches help to safely guide your team members toward and beyond their goals. Here at force fitness, we push the tape and make teams better. We offer in season and off season programming that helps your team not only get stronger and faster, but builds the team as one.

Kids Class

Force fitness has developed an extraordinary program devised to help children 8 thru 17 years of age develop physically, cognitively skills. The thrill of accomplishment from achieving a physical task builds self-esteem and confidence that carry over into all aspects of a child’s life. We have come up with an innovative concept that combines resistance circuit training with a world-class nutrition curriculum. Many parents, worried about their children’s weight and fitness, say working with our coaches motivates their kids and helps build confidence. We are working toward reversing negative health concerns that faces our youth.

Group Classes
