Mike Leonard

Mike has been involved in athletics his entire life. He was a standout soccer player and went on to play college soccer. At Gwynedd Mercy, Mike became the only 4 year starter and 3 year captain in the schools history. Giving back to the team is important to Mike, he is still involved with Gwynedd Mercy as the Assistant / Goalkeeper / Conditioning coach. Mike turned his focus to personal training in 2010 when he became an ACE Certified personal trainer. Growing in the fitness industry is a must for this motivated trainer, as he is always learning and improving his craft. Mike has recently become a Crossfit Level 1 Trainer.

Drew Claffey

Drew is a graduate of the National Personal Training Institute where he scored higher than any other graduate in the school’s history. Drew is also a certified nutritional councilor specializing in weight loss. Drew is nationally certified though the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and is Titlist Performance Institute (TPI) certified; which is the world’s leading authority in golf health, fitness, coaching and biomechanics. Drew is CPR/AED certified. Drew is the current strength and conditioning coach of West Chester East Football.

Genevieve Roush

Genevieve is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. She is a student at West Chester University and will be graduating in the Spring of 2017. Her interest in personal training started from with involvement in track and field. There she learned that nutrition and a solid training program are the foundation in taking your performance to the next level.

Ashley Razzano

Ashley is a graduate from West Chester University where she studied Kinesiology; Health and Physical Education and played lacrosse for one year. Prior to WCU she studied Sport Management at York College of PA and competed on their track and field team for two years. There, she earned the Capital Athletic Conference All-Academic award twice.

Ashley is the administrator for Fusion Lacrosse as well as a Track and Field coach at Garnet Valley High School; specializing in pole vault, long jump and triple jump. Involvement in physical activity and sports began at a young age for Ashley and plays an enormous role in her life. Her past experience with athletics and her passion for fitness make her an exceptional member of the Force Fitness training staff.

Meredith Puente

Meredith holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a focus in Health Psychology. Meredith grew up as a competitive dancer and later became a dance teacher. It wasn’t until 2005 when she took a weightlifting class in high school that she developed her new found passion for fitness. She’s been a Certified Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise for years, and has worked with people of all ages and abilities. Meredith is also a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher through Yoga Alliance, and is currently working towards becoming a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher. Meredith recognizes the importance of the mind-body connection, especially when it comes to fitness and overall wellness. She lives by the quote, “The body achieves what the mind believes.” She specializes in holistic nutrition, bodybuilding, and weight loss. Most importantly, Meredith loves helping people achieve their goals!
